The pride of South Indian film industry the most beautiful Dr Jayaprada, MP has taken initiative in arranging a show of historical Kannada cinema ‘Kranti Veera Sangolli Rayanna’ for all the Members of Parliament and Rajya Sabha.

Dr Jayaprada disclosed this happy news and this ‘KVSR’ will be the first Kannada film to get such an honor of all MP’s of LS and RS watching it. This is another history for historical cinema!

Dr Jayaprada was the host at Le Meredian Hotel on Saturday night for the grand making and grand opening of KVSR it was disclosed was in full zoom to answer all queries.

In her address at the formal briefing she stated Darshan is my hero. We used to have competition as Queen and he as my security guard while shooting for the film. That was a healthy competition to out beat in performance stated Dr Jayaprada. For the modern generation it is necessary to make this kind of film. It is very tough film to make. In that tough and huge cinema I am part of it. I am lucky. Despite of Rayanna in the lead the elevation given to Kittur Chennamma given me the mood of ‘Kavirathna Kalidasa’ – Dr Jayaprada in rightly measured words addressed in Kannada was another notable point. Dr Jayaprada was nervous on the first day of shoot because she was taking up the role done by Dr B Saroja Devi.

I have acted in 290 films in nine languages in the last 30 years. This is very special one. In Parliament I am recognized as ‘Chennamma’. At least this film would remain in memory for ten years hoped Dr Jayaprada. Producer Anand Appugol guts and team member’s contribution is adorable she pointed in her address.

Dr Jayaprada arranging for show at New Delhi for MP’s would be an easy lift for Darshan to get attention at the competition of National awards. The general opinion is that Darshan should be given a national award for his performance and the film for making.
